Simple and Complex :

There is a simple sugars abundant in fruits and vegetables and complex carbohydrates represented by starch grains, legumes and potatoes.


Simple Sugars :

Formerly called <<fast sugars>> are small molecules that could theoretically move easily and quickly into the bloodstream. we know three simple sugars consist of a single molecule:

  • Complex Sugars and Starches Family :
